Why we're the best

Here at Kayaking St. Augustine, our city and our environment mean a great deal to us. As a small local business we have a big heart for the community and making sure the natural beauty of our landscape receives the respect it deserves. Next to our love for the city, community, and environment, our belief in quality service and equipment makes us stand alone as the #1 Kayak/Paddleboard experience in St. John’s county. Our commitment to you is that from the moment you call, email, or book with us, you will be provided with the most excellent, caring, and reliable service you have ever seen.

Refund Policy

We require a 12 hour cancelation notice for any and all refunds or rescheduling. There is no charge to the customer if we cancel due to weather or any other reason. We do not issue refunds for not showing up on time and missing your tour.

What to Bring?

What should i look at before booking?

While sunny skies are important, there are many important factors to look at. One of the biggest things that is over looked is wind speed. Speeds above 12 mph can become quite difficult for inexperienced Kayakers and even more stressful for beginner paddleboarders. The most important thing for us is making sure that your experience is memorable and enjoyable. While other companies might choose to brace these conditions in order to get your booking over with, we are happy to reschedule or refund, on us, if the windspeed is too rough.

how early should i be there before the tour?

We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour in order to use the restroom, apply sunblock, etc…
