Looking for a new and exciting way to exercise? Our workout group is the way to go! This paddle board workout regiment is an amazing way to strengthen your legs, core, upper body, balance, and so much more! If you’re worried that it may be too hard, just take our lesson/tour first. We will have you standing in no time!
Our session is about 60 minutes long and goes out at 8 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. We also take accept drop-ins as long as we have available equipment. Don’t wait, try it for yourself and we’re sure you’ll be hooked. Sign up below our summer season is starting June 16th.
