Looking for a new and exciting way to exercise? Our workout group is the way to go! This paddle Squad workout regiment is an amazing way to strengthen your legs, core, upper body, balance, and so much more! Feel free to take out a kayak or paddle board. If you’re worried that it may be too hard, just take a lesson/tour first. We will have you standing or yaking in no time!
Our session is about 60 minutes long and goes out at 9 am on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and 8:30 on Saturdays. We also accept drop-ins as long as we have available equipment and you nook online beforehand. Don’t wait, try it for yourself and we’re sure you’ll be hooked.
